QueKut is a smart clinic management platform that provides tools for queue management, patient registration, appointment scheduling, digital prescriptions, vaccination tracking, and related healthcare management services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any fee changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QueKut and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueKut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

12. Governing Law
